• What is the fee to retain legal counsel?

  • Several issues are considered when determining the fee. Each case is different, therefore your case will be evaluated and discussed in full to ascertain an agreeable fee.

• What happens if the outcome is not of the client’s liking?

  • The contract signed by the client advises of no guaranteed outcome. Our office will work hard to obtain the best outcome considering the circumstances of the case.

• Will you be accessible to the client at all times after the fee is paid?

  • Business hours for the office of Attorney Beasley are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. *ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE ASSESSED DURING NON BUSINESS HOURS*

• Must the client be present for all court appearances?

  • The client will be informed of dates/times required for court appearances. Client will also be informed when presence is not required.
